Our Mission

Medical Training Academy is a comprehensive nursing assisting training that puts people first. We believe that all healthcare workers deserve respect and care just as they deliver for their patients. The future of health care sees the worth of the worker and provider as the essential resource to expand access to care for our communities.

MTA is a 501(c)3 non profit organization. Our team came from a large healthcare establishment that led the Oregon region through the pandemic. We have a clinical background and we know that the current method for retaining talent is not sustainable. The situation is only repairable if we’re willing to think differently and evolve the health worker experience into more of a profession than a job.
